The RegMed Forum 2027 highlights the latest advances in pluripotent stem cell-based gene and cell therapies and addresses key challenges in their clinical translation and fosters the collaboration between academia, industry, start-ups, and clinicians to accelerate the development and implementation of next-generation regenerative therapies.

Human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) have become a key platform for regenerative medicine, enabling disease modeling, drug discovery, and the development of advanced gene- and cell-based therapies. Rapid progress in stem cell technologies is accelerating the generation, differentiation, and clinical translation of hPSC-derived products.

The RegMed Forum 2027 will showcase cutting-edge developments in hPSC-based regenerative therapies, covering novel therapeutic approaches, cell differentiation and maturation, GMP-compliant manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory aspects. Special emphasis will be placed on strategies to improve the safety, efficacy, scalability, and accessibility of next-generation therapies.

Bringing together experts from academia, start-ups, and industry, the Forum aims to promote interdisciplinary exchange on the clinical translation of advanced therapeutic approaches, including ATMPs, advanced medical devices, and combined products. The Forum seeks to encourage strategic partnerships and accelerate the translation of scientific discoveries into clinical and commercial applications. Through scientific sessions and networking opportunities, participants will explore current challenges and future opportunities in the rapidly evolving field of gene- and cell-based therapies.

An accompanying industry exhibition will provide a platform for companies and technology providers to present innovative tools, services, and therapeutic solutions.
