Calling all innovators! Sanofi iDEA-TECH 2026-2027 is LIVE!

Pre-proposal Submission deadline: December 11th, 2026.

The iDEA-TECH Award provides 120.000€ in funding to support 1-year projects led by academic researchers and early-stage startups. This program seeks to explore emerging science and technologies that can be applied across the therapeutic pipeline, with seven cross-cutting themes:

  1. AI/ML, Advanced Statistical Modeling and Translational Modeling for R&D Decision Support
  2. Novel Disease Models, New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) & In Vitro/In Vivo Systems
  3. Digital Biomarkers, Wearables & Translational Measurement Technologies
  4. Precision Medicine, Multi-Omics, Biomarker-Driven Patient Stratification & Patient Safety
  5. Small-Molecule Drug Discovery: Chemistry, Target Engagement & Novel Modalities
  6. Biologics Engineering, Genomic Medicine & Advanced Delivery Technologies
  7. Vaccines & Infectious Disease Innovation
