Startup Academy: Project Management

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of project management and get an overview of the most important tools and methods. Moreover, you will understand why project management is not all about tools and methods but also a people business, which requires specific skills to be successful. Register now!

Format: Online

Different modules, interactive exercises, sufficient breaks and a mix of modalities (zoom, breakout rooms) will be mixed throughout the day.

No-Show Fee:

Registrants who do not attend the Online Seminar will be considered ‘no shows’ and will be charged a no-show fee of 35 Euro. This is to ensure that all places are filled and that participants on the waiting list get a chance take your place.

Please make sure that you have a working camera on your computer - we want to see everyone! Your background doesn't need to be perfect.

Trainer:

Gabriela Schweinberger worked for many years as a division manager of customer service. She was responsible for strategic projects and quality management and built up successful business units. Today, she works internationally as a business coach and trainer for companies, start-ups, and entrepreneurs. In her workshops, training courses, individual and group coachings she is focusing on value-based leadership, team motivation, intercultural communication and empowerment of women in business. As a mentor, she works for start-ups and entrepreneurs in Europe, North and East Africa.
