As a member of the Council of German BioRegions, we are proud to be a partner of the German Biotech Days #DBT2026, taking place on 21–22 April 2026 in Leipzig.

 

The German Biotech Days are the central forum for the German biotechnology sector, bringing together entrepreneurs with experts from science, politics, investment, funding institutions, and public administration to exchange ideas and build collaborations.

The two-day conference program highlights the diverse application areas and the full potential of biotechnology – from health research to the bioeconomy. Engage with leading experts and discuss opportunities, challenges, and regulatory frameworks** shaping the future of the industry.

An extra, fully digital partnering day will take place on **28 April 2026**, one week after the on-site event.

The German Biotech Days are organized by BIO Deutschland and the Council of German BioRegions.

Regional host 2026 is biosaxony e.V.

Partner regions are the InfectoGnostics Research Campus Jena and LEG Thüringen.
