Closing gaps: Techniques and solutions for reducing pharmaceutical residuals in the Baltic Sea region

On the 9th of February, three networks active in the Baltic Sea region, i.e. the Lithuanian Biotechnology Association, the ScanBalt, and the Nordic Center for Sustainable Healthcare, organize a seminar-discussion on the topic of prevention and disposal of pharmaceutical residues.
The event will introduce the current situation, the changes planned by the European Commission, and examples of good practice. The target groups are pharmaceutical industry companies, healthcare organizations, representatives of the water management and environmental protection sector, as well as policy making and implementing institutions in these areas.
