Call for Tender “Stress reduction of patients, undergoing surgical interventions, during the entire care path”

The Horizon 2020-funded project named STARS “Empowering Patients by Professional Stress Avoidance and Recovery Services” will publish the call for tender on 1 February 2019. The deadline for submission of proposals will be 30 April 2019.

Five leading European hospitals under the lead of Maastricht UMC+ challenge the industry to design and develop a resilient personalised support tool for patients, undergoing surgical interventions, with the aim of reducing stress and improving health condition during the entire care path. Reduction of the stress, experienced by patients, will improve the quality of life, reduce the pre- and postoperative complications, reduce drug consumption and medication.
