Prepare to Jam!

On the 11th-13th of April 2025, people who are interested exploring, experiencing and learning about service design will meet in Berlin for the Service Design Jam - Health Edition!

This year we're trying something new and want to invite you to explore and design around the whole concept of health. How can we design better services around health and healing? How can we make lives not only longer, but better?

We will be open for around 40 design enthusiasts and design-curious who are eager to learn new methods and tools and share their experiences. Seriously, all levels of experience from novice to pro are welcome!

In a spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have 48 hours to develop futuristic service design innovations inspired by a unique theme.

You will be collaborate with a small, diverse team (generally 5 people) led by a highly experienced and professional designer and facilitator. This means, you will learn techniques, structures and new ways of tackling complex problems.

Location is still to be announced, but it's going to be something awesome and central!
